Peak · from $550 / night
20 Dec – 31 Jan, $550 a night, 3-night minimum. Christmas and New Year (arrivals 22 Dec – 2 Jan) $650 a night, 5-night minimum.
Shoulder · from $350 / night
1 Nov – 19 Dec and 1 Feb – Easter. Weeknights from $350, weekends $420.
Off-peak · from $250 / night
After Easter – 31 Oct. Weeknights from $250, weekends $320. Midweek escapes & long weekends.
Cleaning
$90 for a two-night stay, plus $30 for each extra night — capped at $180 for stays of five nights or more.
A full clean is included at the end of your stay. Mid-stay servicing or a fresh change of linen can be arranged — just ask ahead of time.

Questions
What are the beds in each house?
Both houses have the same layout. Upstairs: the master bedroom with a queen bed and private ensuite. Downstairs: a front bedroom with a queen bed and private ensuite, a middle bedroom with a queen bed, and a rear bedroom with two king-single beds. That’s 3 queens and 2 king singles, sleeping 8. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. It’s self check-in with a keypad, and your door code is sent to you before you arrive.
Can we check in early or leave late?
Often, yes — it depends on who’s arriving or leaving that day and the cleaning schedule. Email us when you book or closer to your stay and we’ll do our best.
Is cleaning included? Can the house be serviced during our stay?
A full clean happens at the end of your stay, covered by the cleaning fee. Mid-stay servicing or fresh linen can be arranged for longer stays — let us know ahead of time.
What if we need to cancel?
Cancel more than 30 days before arrival for a full refund. Within 30 days of arrival the booking is non-refundable — but if we’re able to rebook your dates, we’ll refund what we earn for those nights.
Can we bring our dog?
Sorry, no — both houses are pet-free, which also keeps them fresh for guests with allergies.
Can we bring a boat or trailer?
Yes. The side access is tight, so the easiest option is to unhitch out front or park across the road.
Can we book both houses together?
Absolutely — the two houses sit side by side and sleep 16 together. Email us your dates and we’ll set it up.
